UPDATED Cancellation Policy

Due to our current global climate, the cancellation policy is being revised on a frequent basis. Please contact your reservation specialist to find out the current cancellation policy for your reservation.

Early Check In / Late Check Out

Are never guaranteed. You are welcome to stop by the Front Desk when you arrive in Whistler and a Front Desk Agent will take your phone number to call you IF the room is ready prior to 4 pm. If you would like a late check out please call the Front Desk on the morning of your check out to see if possible. If you have not scheduled a late check out with Front Desk, and do not leave the Unit by 10 am, a $250 late departure fee may apply.

After - Hours Check-In

Once you arrive in Whistler please proceed to Twin Peaks as normal. In the entrance to the Lobby is a phone, please follow the instruction beside the phone to dial our after-hours answering service who will call a Security Guard to come and check you in. Please expect a 15-minute wait until the Security Guard arrives.

Security Deposit

Upon check-in, we require a Major Credit Card in order to take a security deposit of $350.00 (Owners & Exchange Guests) or $500.00 (Rentals). This is a pre-authorization, and not a charge, and therefore does not need to be credited back at the end of your stay.

Guests

If you are having your guests arrive before you, please let the Front Desk know so that we have their names added to the reservation. Whoever checks in will have to provide a credit card for the security deposit so please let your guests know that a credit card will be required in order for us to be able to provide access to the Unit.

Housekeeping

PLEASE NOTE: During your stay Housekeeping will not be provided unless specifically requested (additional charges apply for any requested linens or cleaning).

Unit Supplies

As a courtesy, the Club provides an initial “welcome” supply of coffee, tea, tide/bounce, and related condiments.  Additional packets of coffee, tea, condiments, tide/bounce etc., will be available at the desk for a nominal charge of $1.00.  All proceeds go back into the Club’s Operating budget.

Departure Procedures

Upon your departure from your stay, we do ask that you take out all garbage from your room, put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, and please return all furniture to its original placement.

NO Pet Bylaw

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.  There are pet hotels in both Squamish and Pemberton if you cannot find a boarding kennel close to home.  Please inquire at the Front Desk for details.  A $500 fine will apply should a pet be taken into the unit without permission.

Rules & Regulations On WORKING DOGS In Strata & Hotels

Strata owners, occupants, tenants, and visitors are able to have their certified guide dog or service dog on the premises, regardless of strata bylaws or tenancy agreements banning or limiting pets. However, rental terms and strata bylaws that prohibit or restrict pets will still apply to the certified dogs in training. A dog must be fully certified as a guide dog or service dog in order to be on the premises.

Service dogs differ from emotional support animals because they receive special training in order to perform specific tasks to support people with disabilities. Given their different purpose and training requirements, emotional support animals do not hold the same certifications or status as service dogs.

Therapy and emotional support animals, including dogs, are not eligible for certification.

A hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee of $250 will be applied to any guest with a certified guide dog or service dog.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the suites or in any common areas of the property. A $350 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied if any violation of this policy is determined. Note: Whistler is a smoke free village and smoking is not permitted in many public areas (including Whistler AND Blackcomb mountains)

Parking at the Resort

Each property has its own parking offering and requirements. Please contact your reservation specialist to find out more details.
